Terms

These terms cover your use of this page and what applying for a launch partner spot does, and doesn't, commit you to.

1. Who we are

This page is operated by Lumora ("Lumora", "we"). Contact: info@lumoraai.co.uk.

2. Applying is not a contract

Submitting the application form or booking a call does not create a contract between you and Lumora, and doesn't oblige either of us to go further. Applications are open to owners, co-owners, partners and principal dentists of independent UK dental practices. We may decline an application, or close applications, at any time. The number of launch partner spots shown on the page is the number available on the day.

3. The launch partner offer

The offer described on this page is a summary. Its terms for launch partners are:

After the call, launch partners are offered a short, non-binding letter of intent. It contains no exclusivity and no financial commitment. The letter of intent, and any later written agreement, takes precedence over this summary.

4. What Lumora is

Lumora is a home monitoring app. It supports, and never replaces, clinical examination. Lumora does not diagnose or treat patients. Clinical judgement, diagnosis and treatment remain entirely with the treating dentist. Nothing on this page is a promise of patient numbers, bookings or revenue.

5. Using this page

The page, its text, screenshots and branding belong to Lumora or its licensors. You may share a link to the page freely. Screenshots on this page show fictional patients and example data.

6. Your data

How we use the information you give us is set out in our privacy notice.

7. Liability

This page is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from reliance on the page's content, or from the page being unavailable. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.

8. Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
